What breed is she? Mutt?

Wondering if anyone can identify the breed of this chicken? Or maybe she's just a mutt? I think she's a "she", because she has no comb at all. She's 14 weeks old.

She has the feathering of a golden campine but they usually have a comb. Does she have poofy cheeks like an EE?

Aren't campines bantam? She's standard size. And she doesn't have puffy cheeks like an EE, but I'm thinking from these pics that her legs are a little green. Never noticed that before. Will have to look again.
