What breed is she really tho ...

Red sex links are a cross but that chicken I’m afraid appears mixed as not in a purposeful one unless still getting adult feathers. Red sex links are typically are all red brown with few white feathers. That is a lot of white. Looks like an oops! Hope gets more red brown feathering and tail tips just white. :)

She has all her feathers in now too

Shes about 7-8 weeks

The feathering may still change. In addition to feathering in the first 6-8 weeks. In the first fall they have a light juvenile molt and will get in new feathering more mature for adults and winter ready. Still has an awful lot of white though. Will be interesting if coloration changes as he/she matures. A red sex link rooster has more white. I’m thinking so much white because may be rooster. That’s why you can tell red sex links sex apart from birth. Males white. Females red brown. Still funny though cuz no matter if male or female there is usually not so much a mix of both colors. Interesting to see what the future holds. Still hoping girl.

My Sex Link is 2.5 years and had a lot of white coloration as a juvenile, now it is barely noticeable.

I'm sure you will definitely notice a difference on the appearance of your Sex Link after her first molt.
