What breed is she?

I got an ameraucana hen a while ago, but it looks like she isn’t a pure breed. She lays blue eggs and has yellow toe pads, a bit of a yellow beak and yellow eyes. Also, I’ve seen some occasional white specs. Which breed could she be crossed with?
