What breed is Sir Peckerwood?

Our chicks are 7-8 weeks old. Sir Peckerwood is the adorable little black Bantam who started crowing at 5 weeks old. Any help identifying his breed? He is almost all black, with some whitish tail feathers starting to emerge.
Also, can you help identify the breed (and gender) of the little golden Bantam next to him in two of the pictures? (S)he looks girly to me, but has some beautiful long tail feathers so I wonder if it's a slow developing boy.

If he's a bantam, he is probably a bantam White Faced Black Spanish, Black Andalusian, or a hatchery-quality Black Dutch. All of those breeds look ver similar when young, but you may know for sure once he matures. I'm not sure about the breed of the golden bird, but it looks like a pullet.
