What breed is these pullets that I bought from Tractor Supply?

I bought some of the last chicks from Tractor Supply in September 2020. Three of them grew up very small compare to others. Looks like two roosters and one hen. Roosters already started crowing. They are cute, at the same time I can't keep them due to city ordinance. I"d like to know a breed, because I prefer to offer them to others who can keep them alive. Thanks.

Wrong stance, color, tail and feathering. Probably larger too by a longshot.
