Can anyone also tell me what breed the hen is she has some white spots on her feathers

Could you get a profile shot?

I'm thinking she is a mix, but a profile shot might help see certain traits (like wing carriage and tail carriage) that could help to identify her.

EDITED TO ADD: your photo looks like she has a pea comb? and slate/green legs? If so, she would be an Easter Egger bantam...probably EE/Game. But I'm not as familiar with the bantam breeds...I do LF layers.

...back to leg color then...if it is green, then I still go with EE/game mix. She looks similar to an EE/game I have in facial structure and feather patterning.

My guess is the roo is Old English Game Bantam...and likely your hen has that too...I just can't tell the color of her legs on my monitor...on third look they look slate too.
