What breed is this and what gender?

The picture below is of one of the Bantams we bought from TSC. He/She is twice the size of the other chicks with 5 feathered toes and they are about 6-7 weeks old. He/She is a very curious chick and loves attention. I am new to all of this and not sure about the breeds. But, I am learning! Thank you very much.

Agreed. 5 toes, crest, white, feathered feet, light skin. No doubt about it.

Sultan, looks like a pullet to me.

White Sultan. I'm leaning towards pullet, but it is too young to be sure.
