what breed is this and when will i know if its a rooster or hen?

hard to tell breed though they could be Easter eggers, especially since it looks like one of them has greenish legs. its going to be while before u can really tell gender. I have 8 week old chicks that I still don't know whether they are pullets or roos

I got them from a private source, and probably should of asked her! lol. im new to all this chicken business!
