What breed is this bantam from tsc?

This chick I believe is around 3 weeks old, I got him from tsc in the bantam bin and I cannot determine what breed he is.
Any thoughts? Thank you!!

It might be a Welsummer bantam, or any partridge color bantam...

His legs are yellow/ orange/ brownish

I have 2 of the same. Beautiful sweet birds but curious as well. Mine have dark legs. Almost blue grey. From TSC as well
