What Breed is this Black Pullet?

I bought six 12 wk old pullets about two weeks ago. I'm not sure where the previous owner got them from, but I suspect it was from a hatchery because they had a few of several breeds and they were all supposed to be purebreds. Also, they only had pullets. They told me this hen was a certain breed, but her posture is throwing me off because it looks completely different than the other pullet I bought from them that is supposed to be the same breed. So before I tell y'all what I was told she was I want to hear your thoughts. Thanks in advance. Here are some pictures I took today:

So there is no way it could be a Sumatra? She has the pinkish-white footpad, and I thought she was a Black Australorp but she holds her tail low and just doesn't look a lot like my other Australorp. Thanks so much for taking the time to comment.
