What breed is this chick?

When I looked at the first baby picture, I first thought welsummer or a cross. But the older picture looks like a RIR. I think they can have a smidge of black in the tail from looking at pictures.

So maybe a welsummer cross RIR? Or just a bit of welsummer in it?
