What breed is this chick?

Hello! I'd like to find out what breed this chick is? I took it home after a lady brought it to the wildlife center where I work, thinking it was a baby osprey

Easter egger. They’re supposed to lay blue/green eggs but can lay brown, tan, cream, white. Maybe around 3 weeks old. Looks like a pullet so far.

I agree with the Easter Egger guess, but I would say more likely to be a cockerel due to the patchy coloration and reddening comb

She said it was in her backyard for over two days by itself, couldn't find a nest anywhere or the parents. Probably someone had a backyard flock in her area and it wondered off. Luckily she was kind enough to bring it in.
