What Breed is this Chick?

Hi y’all! I’m new here and would like to know what this little chick might be.

My friend got an egg assortment from My Pet Chicken. The chicks egg was listed as a Black Copper Marans, but it is obviously blue and has no feathers on the legs. What night it be? The egg was dark. The other Marans on the list were BBS Marans and Birchen Marans (no color)

My friend has a Black Cochin and some Black Australorp chicks too and this one is a dark blue next to them.

Could still be some kind of marans or more likely a cross, marans hen and ? rooster. Will be interesting to see how it feathers out!
