What breed is this chicken?

Just got this little chick from a breeder up north and haven’t a clue what breed the little guy is. Hopefully someone on here can help

About how old is it?
I'm not completely convinced it is a cockerel. Pictures of the saddle feathers would be nice, but this also depends how old it is.

It is believed to be around 17 weeks old and has black legs I hope this picture helps

I agree! Black Australorp and a pullet. I love their feather colors!
