What breed is this chook?

Got this chicken last night but am trying to find out what breed?? I've looked up on Google and the closest I can find is a China game fowl. The colour of the speckles are more brown and redy brown than what the photos show

It doesn't have the right type of body to be a pure gamefowl. Probably a mix.

Could you get a better picture? Where did you get it? also it appears to be a rooster, just in case you were wondering .

Crossbred cockerel. Looks similar to some of the Cream Legbar crosses I've hatched.

Thanks all, actually picked it up off the road where there were no houses nearby! Was dark and poor thing was looking rather lost, so I caught it and brought it home so it would be warm and safe for the night. Have been around trying to find the owner, and a farm in the area said they know everyone that lives local and will find the owner, but took my number so if they couldn't I'd pick him up and bring him home with me. Have to say he was a rather beautiful bird.
