Chihuahua or Chihuahua Mix. Have 3 Chihuahuas (2 are 4 pounds, then there is the moose 12 pounds). This is Scrappy aka the moose, he is full blooded Chihuahua.

Look at the teeth to see how old, if still has deciduous teeth (non-permanent), less than 6 months old and still a puppy... and not full grown yet, will get bigger and bulk up some...
