Does anyone no about how old she is also is there any way of telling if she is laying she hasn't laid sense I have had her but I no that mallards don't lay many eggs

I dont know of any way of telling age once they are adults. Sorry

Some people say you can tell by looking at their vent. And it apparently looks different when they are laying.
But no i personally havent tried this.
Where did you get her? Did they not have any info?
Even if she was laying - being in a new place will usually make them stop. And like you said mallards dont lay a ton of eggs anyway. I beleive they will lay a clutch and then sit.
But i have never had a mallard

In storeys guide to raising ducks it says that they lay 25-100 eggs a year my uncle got her from a flea market in Ohio we are in Indiana so no way of getting info from the one he got her from should she go broody this time of year?

She may . But i wouldnt be too concerned about it till she gets relaxed and settled in her new enviroment. It may be some time before she lays.
