What breed is this funky chicken,

This 2 mo old. pullet, is one of 3 like this in a 19 chic barnyard mix...they've been bald to the breast since their feathers started coming in...what breed is this. The TS man said there is a breed like this he thought. We have 6 laying hens and now 14 pullets, first time chick raisers, its been fun.

Naked neck or turken. Both same breed just different names.
