What breed is this HEN???

Based off the ear lobes it looks like a Welsummer mix or a brown leghorn mixed, only basing that off the tail. If it were brown leghorn it would have white ear lobes.

No not in US, I live in pakistan

Then I think it's quite likely your birds there are no recognized breed in the US, but more of a local landrace type bird.
