What Breed is this Hen?

I'm guessing either a mix or a hatchery quality Minorca. She's beautiful!

Given to off a family friend. Had her for a year and couldn’t keep her no longer. They purchased her off a friend from memory but could be wrong.

She's a very pretty bird.

I had a buff bird that was supposed to be an Orpington that everyone told me was a Minorca.. now I’m confused because she was very small and compact unlike what is being said here.
For the record she was also clinically insane, fast, and hated me. It was basically like having a wild bird trapped in the chicken coop at all times.

I always had in my mind that Minorcas were small fast birds since that one hen. She was nowhere near 7lb, but I thought bantams were smaller.

I went digging and had a look at your old thread. I would agree that she was a buff minorca. They do come in bantam it turns out.

Weird. I honestly hated that hen, but she was so flighty that she outlived all the nice slow ones.. of course.
