What breed is this horse?

Looks just like a welsh crossed with a smaller body QH. Not a bad mix imo, this ones cute as hell.

I would say he is not of any particular breed at all but a grade pony. What complicates things further is that most any horse breed can have pony sized individuals. He is not that small, either. His head could be Arab or Welsh. His ears are not tiny like a Welsh pony'.

Looks more like a small horse, doesn't really have pony proportions. Do you have a side picture?

13.2? Grade pony. A lot of grade ponies have a little Welsh or Quarter Horse in them, but it's one of those 'Daddy was a Traveling Salesman'.
