What breed is this? I believe it's a rooster

We purchased 8 chickens. One has passed so we have 7 now. They're all Rhode Island Reds except this one whom the person we bought from said was a rooster. He is not like the others he is white. Id like to know the breed he is, if any one has any information that would be great.

It is a cockerel. Is he much larger than the others, because he looks like a Cornish X.
