What breed is this pair?

This is a brother and sister, about 8 months old. She lays a medium brown egg that is pretty oblong in shape. Her comb is black and red. They both have gray (is that willow?) colored legs.

If they are full brother/sister, they are mutts. No color breeds like that with the male red and the female black.
