What breed is this pullet

New Hampshire hen

Ya I'm not seeing it.
Welsummer has a distinct duckwing pattern that that bird doesn't have.
Notice how brown yours body is , the salmon breast. Lots of variation from hackle area to breast to body in your bird that that bird doesn't have.
My 'Ehhh...maybe' really meant 'I don't think so'. ;)

My Pullet that looks just like her was sold as a Calico Princess, and she seems to be from everything I know of the breed. They vary in shade. You can find more info on the Calico Princess on Hoover's Hatchery website. I've read that CP's will have a slight tint of green to their legs and my Pullet does. I'm curious if you've noticed this with yours. I'd love to know what you think. Otherwise, I'd vote New Hampshire.
