What Breed is This Pullet?

I agree it could be a coronation sussex. I'd also be asking the breeder if that's a possibility. If you don't mind my asking, how much did you pay for the egg?

Thank you everyone for your responses. The reply I recieved in the Sussex thread mentioned that the thighs weren't heavy enough to be a Sussex but she is very young so she isn't very filled out yet. My Chocolate Orpington was awkward and gangly for awhile and now she is a plump, beautiful girl.
I bought the eggs from a reputable local breeder who assured me she is a Sussex. He mentioned that the only question is to whether she is a silver, lilac, or Coronation as he groups these eggs together.
The Sussex thread repy gave me lots of breeding standards facts and I admire her knowledge but I am a simple urban chicken enthusiast, not interested in breeding.

Donrae, I paid $7.00 for the egg

Thank you Wyandottes7. I think she is pretty cute myself.

and I'm going to continue to call her a "she" as a little bit of positive thinking until "she" crows lol

Sounds like the breeder is reasonably knowledgeable. I'm not familiar with the lilac version, but my guess would be that or Coronation. She's not a silver, they're darker overall.

Could be a Coronation Sussex but then again could be out of a Light Sussex crossed with a Blue fowl.
If I remember correctly a true Coronation Sussex breeds true and there are very few (if any) true Coronation Sussex in the U.S..
