What breed is this roo?

I know I ask a lot of breed questions. Sorry. I got him off craigslist with a frizzle pullet and the guy said he thought he was an un-frizzled frizzle? He's a bantam size, and his feet are feathered, but he wasn't keen on me taking so many pictures.

His name's Harry Potter, if that helps any LOL

Looks like a Cochin. 1/2 the frizzles come out with normal feathers. Some genetic thing, becuase to make a frizzle, you mix it with a normal feathered and a frizzle. So, if you wanted to hatch any eggs, half the chicks would be still be frizzled.
