He looks like he's got some bright colors on him, but just can't see him well enough to hazard a guess. Will look for you to post closer pictures!

I was thinking Serama cross as well, maybe crossed with EE? It looks like he may have some muffs.

My guess is either an EE (or true Ameraucana?) or a Faverolle.

From the pictures provided, he looks like a bantam Easter Egger... maybe an EE/Faverolle cross.

Oh me - I am really confused!! I am new to chickens, new to this website also!! Is it ok to breed him to ANY hens regardless of the type of rooster? I have, ithink, two black sexlinkhens ,. I really have always wanted to raise chickens, but kinda adopted these three.( From a nephew that lost interest) So I am off to a rocky start. Kinda got the cart before the horse............or the dare I say the chicken before the egg?
