X2 on the need for better pics. Based on what little I can see of the markings on his neck, I'm thinking maybe a Black Copper Marans rooster, but the pic is so blurry that I can't be at all sure.

Perhaps some better photos, hard to tell in pics but he has a slight turquoise type color towoard his tail feathers. Any help is greatly appreciated.
