I'm no expert, but from what experience has showed me, looks kind of like cross to me...

Not sure with what. It' the random golden hackle feathers that throw me off.

With him being close to 20 lbs...there's GOTTA be a largefowl bird in there. Possibly a black Jersey Giant? Although with his type, he doesn't really have the Jersey Giant build?
