What is this roosters breed?

I was curious of his breed. He’s my neighbors rooster but he always jumps the fence and hangs out with my chickens lol

He’s very shy towards humans lol I think our neighbors previous home owner left him and another hen behind. They don’t have a coop but roost in tall trees which I thought was really cool!
