I agree that it is not a R.I.Red.
So that you know the R.I.Red comes both Single and Rose Comb.

Mixed breed that probably has some Buff Orpington blood, judging by pink legs and color.

Yes, I'm aware of that. It's why I mentioned the white legs. It's not often that one sees a rose comb RIR either.

The rose comb would fit, but it's not a Wyandotte either as Wyandottes have yellow legs like RIRs.
