Yeah, he is probably an Easter Egger. Unless you bought him from a breeder, in which case there is a chance he's an Ameraucana.

Most likely, but with what? EE is obvious, but his leg color doesn't tell much since Ameraucanas have blueish legs. Usually they cross them with Marans, but the feather color is wrong for that.

The rooster has four toes, the fourth toe Is in the back of the leg and it's smaller.
