What breed is this rooster?

Hi we got this guy at the mspca. Anyone know what breed he is?

I would guess a mixed breed with barring, maybe Crested cream legbar or beilefelder or barred rock mix? maybe someone else can help..

Not a great picture, what with the angle and all, but the size/build and single comb makes me think barnyard mix with Barred Rock (BRs don't usually carry that much brassiness in their feathers, thus the "mix" part).

He looks half, or full Orpington. Possibly Buff Orpington X Barred Rock, or Buff Orpington X Cuckoo Orpington.

Thank you all for the reply. He made some chicks with my buff Orpington hen and my barred rock hen. So I’m trying figure out what the chicks will look like when they are older. I got a closer pic this morning. I can get some pics of the chicks if anyone would like to see.

He's a mix, I agree. Could be anything in the mix.
