What breed is this rooster?

Hi everyone,
In the past I had some beautiful red roosters with a big crest similar to polish roosters, brown eyes, split comb, big body size and feathered legs.
I always wondered what breed/ breed mix that was.
Unfortunately he died, but I have the picture of his son.
Despite the fact that the father was dark red and black, and the mother wasn’t yellow, the son is yellow and has no feathers on his legs unlike his father.

I would really appreciate your response, I had been searching for an answer for so long. Please help me solve the mystery!

Your original rooster sounds like a mixed breed.
There's no way of telling what he was a mix of by looking at his further mixed breed son.
