It's the angle of the camera. If you hold a camera lower than your subject and point it up at an angle it will elongate whatever you are taking a picture of.

That’s true, but not to this extent.

The chicken chick’s rooster has a longer back, lower tail, larger body, and longer legs than a serama. He’s most likely a serama mix or a different breed altogether.
