Looking to ID this rooster. He was given to me. They called him a buttercup but I dont have a standard of perfection to see if he matches the breed well.

He's either a Sicilian buttercup or a mix of that breed. Google photos of buttercup roosters for comparison.
Here is one picture. Looks pretty similar, no?
Looks like a Sicilian Buttercup to me.
