What breed is this rooster?

The owner says silver laced Wyandotte but I think the gold wings rule that out.

He's a crossbred rooster of some sort.

Photo's too blurry. Can't tell anything other than, "yep that sure is a rooster" from this picture.

Definitely not a Wyandotte. He’s got the wrong feather and leg colors for that. Probably a mixed breed of some kind.
