What breed is this rooster?

Hi, I recently got this guy with his 9 girlfriends. The previous owner didnt know what kind he was. I have identified all the hens, but I just cant figure out what he is. I thought he was a black breasted red game rooster, but all the photos I see of that breed, the roosters have a solid black chest, whereas this guy has red spots. If you have any ideas please let me know!

Do you know where the previous owner got him or did they hatch him from their own chickens?

All the girls came from tractor supply i believe. She didnt have anymore info though :/

If is from hatchery, he can be Welsumer.

He's a cross breed. Looks like a blend of 3.
