Is it possible that your rooster is a mix of several breeds? Is that his normal tail, or did he loose some feathers? He is certainly colorful, I can understand how people would be curious about his breed.

thank you !! now I have an answer instead of I don't know. He lost his tail feathers fighting with the other roosters when he broke into there pen. he is very sweet and funny to watch. I named him silly rooster because he acts silly around the hens.
