What breed is this small hen?

a few years ago, someone gave me these two hens. i have no clue what they are, but i have seen many looking like them so i am assuming that they are a breed. if it helps, they lay a white egg. they go broody around 2 a year and are quite flighty. any and all responces will be greatly appreciated.

I've always had them with the other "normal" chickens. I've even had the roosters of that breed with my flock of 30 chickens including a barred rock rooster and a silkies rooster... aren't they supposed to be aggressive? anyhow, i love those two hens. funny though that when my barred rock breeds with them that the chicks hatch barred...
