What breed is this? The rooster is dark (black/red) and his head is a dark red.

I can not figure out what breed this chicken is, he looks like some cubalayas do. But I am not sure. Attached are some pictures of him.
Whatever he is I am pretty sure he is not a mixed breed, since the person i got him from when he was a chick, had all the same breed of chickens like 200 of them, and the hens always sat on their eggs and so he gave them to me. Thanks for the help in advance!
