Gosh, I sure wish I knew what she was! I'll try to get some video of her tomorrow. Maybe that will help. She wants to be held all the time. She kept on chirping and making a racket this evening, so I turned on the heat lamp. She moved away from it. Then I gave her even more food (it was overflowing!). She wanted no part of that. I tried giving her yogurt. Nope...didn't want that. I got her out and held her. She relaxed a bit, but kept chirping. Finally, my husband said "Maybe she wants you to walk with her". I said to him "I thought I was finished with these night walks when our kids were newborns"!

That's obviously what she wanted though because it was the only way I could calm her down.

Sounds like a Japanese alrigh! Mine chirps all the time. Haha. I would really look into Japanese and see if it looks similar

Something that we notice with her is that she doesn't like to stand up. When I put her outside, she will stand up and walk around, but in the house and when not around other chickens, she keeps her body close to the ground.
