What breed is this?

Hard to get a good shot but what do you think this girl is? Her head is poofy like a punk rocker and her face cheek feathers are puffy and she sweeks instead of the normal balking.

She is very pretty!

I would guess Easter Egger, as they are cross breeds so vary in appearance. However, I don't think I've ever seen one with a crest before.
