What breed is this

Mixed breed birds. I wouldn't be surprised if the darker one is a cockerel, not sure on the greyer bird.

ok I was thinking black one might be a copper Maran.

BCM usually have a definite collar of red color, this bird looks to have red all down the breast. Plus, I'm thinking anyone with a BCM pullet would have told you what it was. but hey, if she turns out to lay nice chocolate eggs, that would be great!
