Looks like he has feather legs, so my guess is coachin.

Sorry I'm admittedly bad at taking pictures. No feathery legs really. He's very small too. I'll try for a clearer pic.

Where did the bird come from? That plumage color and willow legs basically spell barnyard mix.

through the haze it appears he has a single comb and saddle feathers and a bit of reddish coloring coming over the wing. A really sharp photo might have more to say but, for now I'm thinking just a mixed breed.

It is not a recognized color variety of any breed so it is a mix.
