What breed is this?

Got him almost a year ago when a family member passed but noone is sure of the breed.

I cannot see his leg coloring, but I believe he's a New Hampshire.

Does he have feathered legs? If so he could be a Cochin, but his body shape isn't really right for that. He could be a mixed breed bird...what color is his skin?

His legs are fully feathered and he has a lot on his feet too. I don't think he is new Hampshire because of his leg feathers. The hen in the picture is the same mystery breed.

White skin and feathered legs lead me to think he has some Marans ancestry, but he's not a standard color.
