It's just a mix. An Asian Black wouldn't have a crest or dark skin from what I've seen and wouldn't be bantam sized. The dark skin, crest, and the fact that it appears to have been purchased with Silkies shows that it probably has Silkie genetics.

@brandycooper81 's cockerel looks like an Asian Black, and they can occasionally have dark skin. No crest on him.

I'm not disagreeing with you on the dark skin part, I haven't had experience with them. I'm not sure if you can see it on your screen, but I my phone I can definitely see a crest, it's not too large and hard to see well if the picture isn't enlarged. Not trying to argue, just expressing my opinion.

I have no idea what the hatcheries are using to breed those birds.
