What breed is this?

I was told that this is a lavender americauna but he's starting to grow feathers on his feet. Is that normal for this breed?

Looks alot like a Belgian Bantam

It's not an amercuna maybe an ee.
Fot it to be an amercuna it must have blue legs, beard that cover most of its face.must lay "blue" eggs not green brown or any other color. Pea comb and very small to no wattle preferably. And somthing wirh the ear lobe I can't not remember.

If that's an Ameraucana, it's a pretty poor quality one. I'd put him in the Easter Egger category for sure.
