If it is small than looks like an Old English Game Hen. If it is larger than maybe an American Game hen. I cant judge size without something relative to compare to. And quite sure a HEN..

I don't know. It is pretty though. Maybe start a different thread and people will answer. The one I posted is a friends. She didn't know what it was. I don't know where she got it.
