What breed is this?

Chances are you probably have cross breeds. The second picture especially looks like a NHR x RIR cross, not a pure bred New Hampshire red. Rhode Island Reds can be very large and sturdy, but NH's are typically a bit leaner, but still a large fowl breed. How old is the bird in the first pic? That one looks like it could be a pure New Hampshire Red.
